The structural system of the house is designed for clarity, efficiency, and elegance. The building rests on a monolithic concrete foundation, with walls constructed from aerated concrete blocks to ensure durability and thermal performance. Wooden trusses, spaced at 1200 mm, span up to 12 meters, forming the primary floor and roof structure and allowing for expansive, open-plan interior spaces. Special attention was given to the glazed winter garden, which is supported by a carefully engineered framework to maintain transparency and visual lightness, seamlessly integrating interior and exterior spaces.
